Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Med Care provides one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The role supports a structured schedule that balances meaningful patient interactions and thorough documentation while enabling professional and personal life balance. You will be part of a dedicated team that values collaboration and professional growth.
Qualifications and Responsibilities- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date
- 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
- Open to supervising assistants is a plus but not required
