Responsibilities
  • This role involves managing and processing enrollment applications for Kelsey Care Advantage across different health plan options.
  • Handling calls from members, clinics, or health plan reps to sort out eligibility queries, and calling to confirm members  enrollment status.
  • Analyzing eligibility documents, using system applications and databases to process files, addressing eligibility edits, and keeping the enrollment system data updated for over 100,000+ managed care members.
  • Updating member eligibility, supporting the processing of data files from employer group health plans, managing enrollments, handling necessary member communications, and helping with system testing.

Qualifications
  • Required
    • High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
    • 1+ years of Healthcare Industry or 6 months experience working in Kelsey Care Advantage Sales
  • Preferred
    • Some college or technical school
    • 1+ years background in enrollment and/or reconciliation
    • Experience Customer Service in Healthcare Industry
    • Experience with CMS
    • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage enrollment process
Compensation and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
