- Minimum 7 years of direct project estimating experience
- Experience with self-perform estimating in high-voltage substation construction strongly preferred
- Experience with EPC or T&D construction contractors a plus
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution construction means and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software such as Con Est, K-Base, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- 4+ years of substation-specific self-perform estimating
- 8+ years of estimating experience in T&D construction with a focus on field execution
- Demonstrated success preparing competitive, accurate estimates in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
