Baby​/Me Swim Instructor

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety for all students.
• Love and respect students while building water confidence and encouraging them to rise to the best of their abilities.
• Be a team player who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
• Ability to communicate with parents while teaching their babies life‑saving water skills.

Qualities we look for:

• MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN THE WATER AND INTERACTING WITH PARENTS AND CHILDREN
• Responsible individuals who are able to adapt and adjust with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in the water
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached
• CPR/Lifeguarding certification is preferred, but not required to start
• The ability to focus in a fast‑paced environment
• Afternoons and Saturdays are required
