As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the oral health of children aged 0-18 years while enjoying incredible benefits and opportunities for career growth.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions in young patients.
- Perform restorative procedures, crowns, extractions, and oral selections.
- Educate families on oral health and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with care teams to support community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in program planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- DDS or DMD + Pediatric Residency (CODA-accredited).
- Texas Dental License + Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient support abilities.
- High ethical standards and a team-oriented spirit.
- Experience with EHR systems (Open Dental is a plus).
