Base pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job OverviewThe Lifestyle Manager develops and implements fun‑filled, lifestyle‑enriching programs within designated on‑site communities to promote whole‑person wellness. Responsibilities include building professional relationships with residents, designing programs to encourage participation, supporting the on‑site management office, and ensuring overall quality of community life.
Your Responsibilities- Manage the community center, creating and updating policies and procedures.
- Respond to resident and developer goals regarding community center and community involvement/engagement.
- Plan, promote, and participate in the annual calendar of activities, classes, clubs, and ongoing programs that meet the interests and abilities of community members.
- Produce communication opportunities for homeowners through the website, social media, newsletters, and on‑site events. Generate engaging articles and posts for residents.
- Manage the annual activities budget, reviewing, explaining, and accounting for variances.
- Maintain accurate event expenditure records and submit receipts in a timely and organized manner.
- Coordinate with committees and volunteers for event setup and teardown, ensuring order, flow, and safety.
- Ensure safety at work sites and during events.
- Develop and maintain an effective homeowner relations plan, providing timely resolution of concerns and coordinating special services.
- Respond to phone calls and correspondence within 24 hours.
- Design, ساختمان, and video sponsorship programs for local businesses to support lifestyle events and initiatives.
- Recruit and organize resident volunteers, committee members, and club participants, recognizing their contributions cursed.
- Serve as a local information resource for homeowners and attend required meetings.

- Self‑motivated and capable of working effectively with a homeowner committee.
Education/Training: bonheur College degree preferred;
High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
Enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing with background in recreation or social event planning. Excellent verbal, written, and platform speaking skills. Ability to build relationships across all ages. Knowledge of customer‑service principles and client retention experience a plus. Strong organization and time‑management skills. Minimum 5 years’ experience in program development,ataka, emotional, social, physical, and intellectual programs.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Constant Contact, Squarespace, and Canva required.
