Your RoleAs a Master Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and keep our customers happy!
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
- Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Assess vehicles accurately and provide detailed recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
- Address customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
- Translate technical service bulletins into understandable terms for customers.
- Communicate clearly about the causes and solutions for vehicle issues.
- Perform wheel and tire replacements as needed.
- Promote and adhere to our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Keep the branded repair vehicle clean and presentable.
- Master manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA).
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and a clean driving record.
- Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
- Ability to work in tight spaces as needed.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Willingness to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
