Responsible for operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move merchandise and inventory within the facility, while maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring the sales floor reflects current promotions. Supports member service by engaging customers with technology and product knowledge, and collaborates with teams to keep inventory accurate and safe. Works in compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and the Open Door Policy for ethics and integrity.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts to pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets in accordance with company standards.
- Manage inventory flow, sort, stage, and deliver merchandise, ensuring proper shelf capacity and accurate documentation.
- Maintain sales floor presentation, zoning, and merchandising, including removing out‑of‑date goods and setting up displays.
- Assist with club pick‑up orders throughout the day, ensuring proper staging and accuracy.
- Report unsafe conditions, safety incidents, and inventory issues to management promptly.
- Engage customers actively, provide technology support, and promote company products and services.
- Adhere to safety sweeps, hazardous material handling, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and external partners to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Act with integrity, respect individual differences, and contribute to a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 90 days of experience operating a forklift and holding a Forklift Certification.
- Proficiency with pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred:
Customer Service Experience, Retail Experience, and experience supervising a team.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00, with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
