Overview

Position Summary... What you'll do... Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines; safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise, pallets.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks and communicates progress.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow and follows policy/procedures for equipment use, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and required paperwork and documentation.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, maintaining safety standards, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking, rotating, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, processing defective merchandise, and monitoring shrink and safety risks.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and audits for accuracy; ensures orders are completed within policy and procedures.
• Inventory management: tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor practices, and uses inventory tools safely.
• Technology: identifies customers needing help, assists with technology services, models best practices for others, identifies shrinkage problems and takes corrective action; maintains equipment and ensures products are stocked properly.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
