Amentum is looking for a highly qualified Logistics Exercise Planner to support the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters. The role involves logistics management and exercise planning to ensure operational requirements are met.

• Provide oversight of exercise planning and implementation of solutions supporting exercise objectives.
• Provide oversight of logistics, scheduling, and administrative support for PACFLT N4 initiatives.
• Collect and communicate operational logistics requirements and capability shortfalls.
• Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Support procurement, transportation, and distribution of goods and services to the Pacific Fleet.
• Identify logistical challenges and develop contingency plans.
• Facilitate logistics support with Indo‑Pacific command units and external partners.
• Deliver briefings to COMPACFLT N4 staff, USINDOPACOM, and Service Component Staffs.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, including at least 5 years of logistics work.
• At least 5 years in military plans.
• At least 3 years in a senior military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS).
• Knowledge of the Indo‑Asia‑Pacific region.
• Experience at operational and/or strategic levels of DoD planning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient at authoring analytical and/or policy documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active Top‑Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in DoD logistics.
• Experience with Naval plans and operations.
• Proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, and shared drive management.

• Advanced joint planning skills and theater knowledge.
• Detailed knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy, TCP/TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans.
• Understanding of the Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP).
• Effective written and verbal communication for executive summaries to flag and general officers and Senior Executive Service officials.
