Property Remediation and Mitigation Technician Positions

Join Puro Clean, the leading property restoration & mitigation company on Oahu. We are hiring for Technician Assistant, Technician, and Lead Technician roles. All positions offer training and opportunities for growth.

• Technician Assistant – No prior restoration experience required. Training provided. Support Lead Technicians and production team. Fast promotion opportunities.
• Technician – 1+ year of restoration experience preferred. Training & certifications provided. Direct support to Lead Technicians and production team. Must understand water/mold/fire/biohazard remediation procedures and terminology, engage with customers, oversee Technician Assistants.
• Lead Technician – 3+ years of restoration experience required. Must be IICRC certified. Work with Production Manager to ensure high-quality service. Manage, train, and oversee technicians & assistants, write estimates, complete paperwork, excellent customer service, team player. Night/weekend on-call rotation.

• Weekly pay up to $40/hr (based on position and experience)

• Remediate and clean water/mold/fire/biohazard matter under supervisor; water extraction, content manipulation, demolition, removal/disposal of non-salvageable materials, etc.
• Transport, set up, and remove equipment to job sites across the island.
• Load and prepare vans.
• Maintain and clean equipment and warehouse.
• Engage and speak with customers.
• Take and upload pictures and notes.

• GED or high school diploma.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass minimal background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills.
