HowYou Will Make an Impact
As an Analyst IV supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF NTI) operations at Hickam AFB, Hawaii and NSA‑Hawaii, you will act as the site lead for this unique position. By serving as a Subject‑Matter Expert, you will help shape strategic planning, refine operational processes, and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of national and tactical intelligence operations.
Responsibilities- Serve as Subject‑Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise‑wide AF NTI operational processes and procedures.
- Support AF NTI strategic planning and develop Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), and other associated planning documents.
- Coordinate AF NTI issues with host directorates, subordinate units, and external organizations; provide support to HQ ACC/A2, NAFs, and subordinate Wing staff.
- Provide input to the development, implementation, and oversight of AF NTI policy and guidance.
- Review updates and new releases of NSA policy directives relevant to the enterprise.
- Assist with maintenance, ongoing development, and execution of unit‑specific MCP to improve and document standardized operational processes.
- Maintain situational awareness by reviewing AF NTI Daily Summaries and collaborating with sister AF NTI elements and other AF ISR partners.
- Participate in meetings supporting the host site and AF NTI customer; provide monthly Memorandum for Record (MFR) detailing process reviews.
- Update mission continuity materials and provide approvals to the AF NTI PMO COR for inclusion in the Mission Continuity Plan.
- Manage and support Customer Service Request Portal (CSRP) Requests for Information (RFI).
- Other duties as assigned.
Lawelawe Defense Inc. (LDI) is an SBA Certified 8(a) Native Hawaiian Owned (NHO) SDB with a strong track record in Program and Portfolio Management;
Systems Engineering and Architecture;
Network Engineering and Operations;
Data Center Optimization and Operations;
Desktop/Server and Application Virtualization.
- 6‑8 years of experience as a Cryptologic/Intelligence Analyst, Linguist, or Collector.
- Expertise in Joint and Combined Air and Space Operations Center processes.
- Proficiency in Aerospace operations planning and associated documents (e.g., Air Tasking Orders, Special Instructions).
- Familiarity with national and airborne tactical intelligence collection platforms.
- Experience with cryptologic collection, dissemination, retrieval systems, databases, and methods.
- Knowledge of SIGINT collection management processes and strategies; familiarity with other intelligence disciplines’ collection management.
- Understanding of United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID), cryptologic policies, and other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives.
- Knowledge of classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
- Familiarity with other intelligence disciplines’ collection management and AF/DoD Intelligence directives.
Less than 10% of the time.
Work EnvironmentProfessional office environment utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkFull‑time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May require overtime, evening, and weekend hours as business need dictates.
SalaryDependent on experience; compensation based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
