Aboutthe Role
Support the design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint simulation solutions for USINDOPACOM exercises and events, including wargames and experiments involving Joint and Coalition participants.
Responsibilities- Serve as a critical Exercise Control Group (ECG) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Expert and Operator, translating operational needs into simulation requirements.
- Identify simulation solutions, build and maintain simulation databases, and develop and execute test plans.
- Test and validate capabilities for scenarios, leading and training other simulation operators during events.
- Lead the M&S Working Group during planning and oversee Sim Model Control and Sim Ops roles during execution in support of the SIM OIC and ECG Director.
- Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed.
- Bachelors and eighteen(18+) or Masters and twelve (12+) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience in Simulation Operations (e.g., JTLS GO, LOTS, JSAF).
- Experience with Combatant Command (COCOM) joint exercises and events.
- Experience in building Simulation Test Plans.
- Ability to train others on simulation operations.
- Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%.
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Must be a current US Citizen.
