As an Analyst IV supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF NTI) operations at Hickam AFB, Hawaii and NSA-Hawaii, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert and site lead in this one deep position. Your contributions directly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of national and tactical intelligence operations, shaping strategic planning, refining operational processes, and supporting long‑term strategic goals.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise‑wide AF NTI operational processes and procedures.
• Support AF NTI strategic planning and development of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMPs), and other associated planning documents.
• Support HQ ACC/A2, NAFs and subordinate Wing staff actions to coordinate AF NTI issues with host directorates, subordinate units, and external organizations.
• Support HQ ACC/A2, NAFs and subordinate Wing responses to AF NTI element requests for program support.
• Perform research and provide input to the development, implementation and oversight of AF NTI policy and guidance.
• Review updates and new releases of NSA policy directives; provide relevant information to Enterprise.
• Support the maintenance, ongoing development, and execution of an existing unit‑specific MCP to improve and document standardized operational processes.
• Review AF NTI Daily Summaries to maintain situational awareness of operations across the NTI enterprise and reach out for clarification of inputs to ensure compliance and mission integrity.
• Maintain routine contact and collaborate with sister AF NTI elements and other AF ISR partners to ensure effective chat channel operations and flow of information.
• Participate in and provide input to meetings supporting the host site and AF NTI customer.
• Review AF NTI operational processes and procedures for currency and accuracy and provide a Memorandum for Record (MFR) detailing the results to local government AF NTI leadership monthly.
• Update mission continuity materials as operational processes and procedures change, seek approval from local government AF NTI leadership, and forward updates to AF NTI PMO COR for inclusion in the Mission Continuity Plan.
• Perform Customer Service Request Portal (CSRP) Requests for Information (RFI) management/support.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 6-8 years of experience as a Cryptologic/Intelligence Analyst, Linguist, or Collector.
• Expertise in Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes.
• Aerospace operations planning and associated documents, such as Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS).
• National intelligence collection platforms and processes.
• AIRborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes.
• Cryptologic collection, dissemination, retrieval systems, databases, and methods.
• SIGINT collection management processes and strategies; familiarity with other intelligence disciplines’ collection management processes and strategies.
• United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies; familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies.
• Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
