As an Accounting Assistant
, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily operations of our Accounting Department. - Process accounts payable invoices, checks, and maintain vendor files.
- Ensure proper authorization, classification, and documentation of corporate expenses.
- Balance daily core interface reports to the general ledger and post journal entries.
- Reconcile various accounts daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized records and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Support adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For- Preferred:
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field and 2 years of experience in Accounting. - Business school graduate with at least one year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
$16.50 to $25.18
Work Schedule:Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with occasional flexibility for projects.
