You’ll work with our sales and leadership teams to generate qualified opportunities that power our pipeline. WhatYou’ll Do
- Research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
- Use CRM and lead tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes (Pipedrive, Linked In, etc.)
- Collaborate on creative outreach strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM.
- Report on metrics and results to improve outreach efficiency.
- Celebrate wins and contribute to a performance-driven culture.
You’ll be measured on clear performance indicators such as:
- Number of outbound activities (calls, emails, messages).
- Qualified meetings booked.
- Sales pipeline value generated via your lead interactions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
- Organized with good CRM habits.
- Eager to learn and improve every day.
- Previous sales or lead gen experience is a plus, but not required.
- Competitive base pay.
