• Research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
• Use CRM and lead tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes (Pipedrive, Linked In, etc.)
• Collaborate on creative outreach strategies and messaging.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM.
• Report on metrics and results to improve outreach efficiency.
• Celebrate wins and contribute to a performance-driven culture.

You’ll be measured on clear performance indicators such as:

• Number of outbound activities (calls, emails, messages).
• Qualified meetings booked.
• Sales pipeline value generated via your lead interactions.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
• Organized with good CRM habits.
• Eager to learn and improve every day.
• Previous sales or lead gen experience is a plus, but not required.
