Die Cutter Operator

Pay: $18–$30/hr

We’re hiring an experienced Die Cutter Operator to run die cutting equipment (with blanking capability) and help produce top-quality folding cartons. If you’re skilled, safety-focused, and want to join a strong production team, we want to hear from you.

• Operate and troubleshoot die cutter machines

• Perform make-ready adjustments (dies, register, pressure)

• Maintain machine speed, quality, and clear jams

• Inspect finished product for accuracy

• Follow all safety and quality standards (ISO, cGMP, HACCP)

• Assist in training and guiding team members

• 3+ years offline die cutting experience (folding cartons)

• Experience with die cutters that have blanking capability

• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stand for long periods

• Basic math/computer skills; strong communication

• Willing to rotate shifts and work overtime as needed
