Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the creation of high-quality products by preparing, setting up, operating, and monitoring all components of the production line.

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret shop drawings to program equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet established deliverables.
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment to meet product quality standards.
• Troubleshoot common equipment and quality issues.
• Meet daily productivity goals.
• Inspect equipment for safety.
• Operate an overhead crane as needed to load and unload products.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• 1 year experience operating relevant machinery/equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Safety-oriented mindset.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• 1 year experience operating a forklift.

• Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Experience with roll press machines, flat machines, and slit machines.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or auto mechanic is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peachtree City, GA.

The pay range for this position is $16.25 – $18.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Peachtree City,GA.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 30, 2026.
