- Oversight of all accounting operations and special projects that support the company's strategic goals and significant transactions, while leading and driving innovation within the Accounting Department.
- Manage banking and lender relationships, and oversee annual budgeting and audits.
- Provide in-depth analysis of bookkeeping, sales tax, financial planning and budgeting. Implement systems to support rapid business growth and analysis, optimize facility operations and expansion, and drive coordination between sales and operations.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to accounting team which includes payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- B.A. or B.S. Degree required within Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience having progression in roles and seniority across all disciplines of the finance function with a track record of success.
- Experience developing and being a part of a finance team, fostering productive team environments and building relationships and appropriately enhancing it to meet the needs of a growing business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Exhibit the Company’s values of honesty, humility, curiosity, impact, and teamwork.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Sense of ownership and desire to be a hands-on leader.
