We’re not just hiring a Field Installation Manager. - Lead the Front Line:
Oversee 1–4 in-house crews installing lighting systems across events, landscape, trim, holiday displays, and custom lighting projects. - Train and Transform:
Hire, onboard, and coach team members to exceed expectations and uphold our design and safety standards. - Think Fast, Act Smart:
Plan, coordinate, and course-correct in real time across job sites, schedules, materials, and manpower. - Use Tools, Not Just Talk:
Be ready to climb ladders, adjust installations, and solve construction challenges—not every day, but when needed to guide and inspire your team. - Adapt to the Unexpected:
Whether it’s a tight timeline, an unforgiving site, or a creative challenge, you’ll bring strategy, calm, and a clear plan forward.
- 3–5+ years in lighting, construction, electrical, or related fieldwork
- 3+ years experience managing installation crews and project timelines
- Advanced construction and installation expertise, including proper mounting, wire routing and burial, and the ability to evaluate challenging installation conditions, develop a clear installation plan, and deliver clean, professional, detail-oriented results
- Strong communication, leadership, and field operations instincts
- Comfort with scheduling tools and digital documentation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within metro Atlanta

- Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses:
Bonuses are paid quarterly and tied directly to gross margin performance- Expected bonus earnings: $35,000+ annually for strong performers
- Total Compensation Potential: $80,000–$85,000+ annually (base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses)
