Position Title: Program Manager – Data Centers
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Remote)

Responsibilities- The Program Manager – Data Center will collaborate with program management and key Siemens factory stakeholders to efficiently solve ongoing data center projects.
- Lead the cross-functional performance of large data center projects, including developing key internal and external stakeholder relationships; require strategic view of account leadership with some tactical responsibilities.
- Make value-driven decisions about process and execution in collaboration with the Program Managers and the Program Director.
- Adhere to all Siemens policies, guidelines and governance; participate in growth talks with supervisor to identify additional training needs.
- Interface with monthly performance metrics, quarterly business reviews and annual reviews with internal teams, customers, integrators, and/or contracted partners; primarily virtual meetings with some travel.
- Develop and implement a process for handling unexpected large data center project management issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in project management or program management in power distribution, electrical production or related industry.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
- Up to 20% travel.
- Experience leveraging AI to streamline control processes and communication.
- Patient, persistent, reliable; ability to navigate different business units and reporting lines efficiently and professionally.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
