We are seeking a D365 Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our client's existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment. This role is focused on functional support, business process alignment, and vendor coordination — not development. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate escalation paths effectively, and experience supporting distribution and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support for the existing D365 environment (no development required).
- Partner with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into system-related solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external D365 vendors.
- Troubleshoot system issues, determine root causes, and manage appropriate escalation routes.
- Coordinate with vendors on enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Support business and IT systems integration points as needed.
- Assist with user training, documentation, and process improvements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with distribution and supply chain workflows.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support operational efficiency and system adoption.
- Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Strong understanding of business systems support in a non‑development capacity.
- Experience working with third‑party vendors and managing escalations.
- Background in distribution, supply chain, or related operational environments strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications in partnership with IT teams.
- Experience in distribution or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with ERP support models and vendor management.
- Experience documenting business processes and system workflows.
