Help Desk / Tech Support Representative – Hybrid, Atlanta, GA
1 day work‑from‑home & 4 days in‑office at Peachtree Corners. Hourly pay ranges from $25–$27.

- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule (5×8 hour shifts).
- 1‑month paid training.
- Comfortable working with Chat, Email, and Phone.
- Experience in customer support via Email and Chat.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics.
- Strong job tenure: at least 15 months in the last three roles and no job hopping.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent with technology and troubleshooting experience.
- Law enforcement experience (nice to have).
- Tech support experience (mandatory).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software.
- Build and maintain subject‑matter expertise of all company products and solutions.
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels.
- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement.
- Provide first‑class technical support to customers.

Pay and BenefitsHourly pay: $25.00–$27.00. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
