Full-Time | Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $42,000-$49,000 + bonus potential
Griswold Home Care is a well-established home care agency serving seniors and disabled adults throughout the North Atlanta area. This in-office role is the heart of our operation — connecting clients, families, and caregivers to ensure services are delivered smoothly, compassionately, and reliably.
What You’ll Do- Be the primary point of contact for clients, families and caregivers
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, schedules, and personalities
- Coordinate schedules and ensure shifts are fully staffed
- Assist with caregiver recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and orientation
- Monitor caregiver availability, credentials and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling and care management systems
- 2+ years experience in home care, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or staffing
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment (this is an “in-office” position)
- Experience with home care scheduling software or ATS systems preferred
