As a Lead Advisor, you will employ our comprehensive planning process to holistically support our clients’ wealth journeys. Through deep and meaningful discovery process, we gain a genuine understanding of our clients and their visions, values and goals. This enables us to discern insightfully, consult and advise intuitively and guide effectively.

• Serve as the firms primary client-facing point of contact focused on complete client care
• Manage & Supervise the formulation and implementation of risk and investment strategies consistent with the comprehensive financial plan prepared for each client
• Supervise and direct team regarding client matters
• Responsible for increasing assets under management form assigned client base
• Obtain new revenue opportunities

• Responsible for finding new revenue opportunities to service existing clients more effectively
• Responsible for connecting to heirs of clients and engaging those heirs with the firm
• Accountable for producing new clients through those relationships
• Accountable for the development of technical, relational, and client skills of team members
• Participates and contributes to firm leadership
• Maintaining familiarity with the industry and economic trends applying the knowledge to client service and relationships
• Maintaining awareness of and application of compliance standards
• Engaging team and ensures team alignment and actions are consistent with firm branding, service standards, and initiatives
• Responsible for the development of appropriate performance results from the team, particularly from service advisors and other client services personal
• Working collegially and productively with clients, peers, and other team members
