Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Client Correspondence:
    Communicate with clients to gather essential information for their financial plans.
  • Prepare Client Review Materials:
    Organize and compile materials for client review meetings to ensure comprehensive discussions.
  • Case Design and Scenario Building:
    Develop various financial scenarios to aid in case design and strategic planning.
  • Financial Plan Development:
    Create and modify financial plans for both new and existing clients.
  • Client Meetings Participation:
    Attend client meetings to assist in the development and presentation of financial investment plans.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Licensing:

    Desire to obtain (or already have) SIE, Series 7, 63, 65 licenses, and State Life/Health licenses.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to think strategically and implement plans methodically throughout the client relationship.
  • Proactive Attitude:

    Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; exhibiting a general manager/owner mentality.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong ability to analyze data, diagnose client needs, and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Relationship Building:

    Capability to develop relationships and engage in substantive discussions with key decision makers.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Client Service:

    Willingness to think creatively and work outside standard position parameters to provide top-tier client service.
  • Team Player:

    A self-starting individual with a passion for putting the client first, and a tenacious approach to solving problems with conviction and energy.
