The Opportunity

Carlson Design Group is seeking a creative, highly talented licensed Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our engineering team to support our expanding business.

Your key responsibilities

• Plan and Develop
  :
  Develop medium to large‑scope unique projects with many complexities that significantly impact major company programs.
• Execute
  :
  Coordinate projects oversee a large staff of engineers, designers, and associates.
• Major project responsibility
  :
  Licensed professional and Engineer of Record.
• Explore subject matter
  :
  Entails defining scope, selecting items for investigation, and developing new concepts and methods.

To Qualify for this role, you must

• Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum ten years of related experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) Registration.

Ideally, you'll also have the ability to

• Display technical expertise.
• Coordinate project activities.
• Manage resources.
• Communicate effectively.
• Drive project completion.
