What Youll Bring—and BuildStrategic Support & Project Coordination
- Align your work with the CEO’s priorities and Nichols Cauley’s long-term goals.
- Proactively anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and resolve challenges before they arise.
- Balance multiple demands and stakeholders while adapting in a fast-moving environment.
- Coordinate projects, manage timelines, and drive results.
- Plan and execute executive-level events and offsites, ensuring seamless logistics and high-impact outcomes.
- Arrange and facilitate high-profile meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Foster strong connections throughout the organization.
Communication & Organizational Excellence
- Engage confidently with executives, board members, and high-profile clients, representing Nichols Cauley and often serving as the first point of contact.
- Craft clear, polished correspondence and prepare reports and presentations for Board meetings.
- Orchestrate complex calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, manage expenses, and coordinate with vendors.
- Apply sound judgment and initiative in all aspects of your work.
Tech Savvy
- Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office, cloud-based collaboration, and project management tools.
- Embrace and champion new technologies to help the company excel.
Trusted Advisor
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
- Serve as a reliable confidant and ambassador for the CEO, inside and outside the company.
- Draw on your understanding of professional services and high-stakes environments to support executive decision-making.
This role is based in Peachtree Corners, GA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring two to three days per week onsite, with occasional travel to other Nichols Cauley office locations.
