Ryder is hiring for a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Dispatcher in Peachtree Corners, GA.

• Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed.
• Uses the location's WMS system to update area or shift metrics as needed.
• Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries of a technical and/or confidential nature.
• Floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift; maintains filing systems and documents.
• Gathers information from and provides information to floor employees in the area of support.
• Coordinates activities/meetings/communication for the specific area or shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or location specifics.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates customer service skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
