Salary range: $55,000–$69,000
Overview
This position supports the U.S. operations of a long-established international company headquartered in Germany. You will serve as the sole accounting professional for the U.S. office, working closely with the CEO and partnering with global headquarters. - Manage accounts payable, including invoices, rent, utilities, and vendor payments
- Handle accounts receivable and customer billing
- Maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and transaction postings
- Review P&L statements and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce weekly financial reports for the German headquarters
- Assist with basic administrative and compliance-related tasks as needed
- Experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
- Proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; relevant experience valued
