Fully onsite role based south of Atlanta, GA
Salary range: $55,000–$69,000

Overview

This position supports the U.S. operations of a long-established international company headquartered in Germany. You will serve as the sole accounting professional for the U.S. office, working closely with the CEO and partnering with global headquarters. • Manage accounts payable, including invoices, rent, utilities, and vendor payments
• Handle accounts receivable and customer billing
• Maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and transaction postings
• Review P&L statements and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce weekly financial reports for the German headquarters
• Assist with basic administrative and compliance-related tasks as needed

• Experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
• Proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; relevant experience valued
