Metal Building Erector

Trillium is seeking an experienced Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Erector with a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License in Peabody, MA.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and erecting pre-engineered metal building systems including structural steel frames, roof systems, wall panels, and related components.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and assemble pre-engineered metal building systems including columns, rafters, purlins, girts, and bracing

• Install roof panels, wall panels, trim, insulation, and related building components

• Safely operate lifting equipment such as telehandlers, forklifts, and hoisting equipment in accordance with a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation specifications

• Assist with rigging and signaling during structural lifts

• Align, bolt, and secure structural steel components according to project specifications

• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members to maintain project schedules

• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations

• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay rate is $94.17/hour.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 7a to 4p.

Qualifications
-Valid Massachusetts Hoisting License (required)
-Proven experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings or structural steel systems
-Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
-Experience working with rigging and structural components
-Must be comfortable working at heights in an active construction environment
