  Full-Time and Part-Time Weekends
  • Full-Time Weekend Day/Evening Doubles: 6:45AM - 11:15PM
  • Part-Time Weekend Days: 6:45AM - 3:15PM
  • Part-Time Weekend Evenings: 2:45PM - 11:15PM

• Lead and oversee clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care.
• Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, nursing, dietary) to support care planning and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and prepare the unit for surveys.
• Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharge planning for residents.
• Monitor resident condition, clinical documentation, and care outcomes for continuous quality improvement.
• Promote a positive, accountable culture focused on safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
• Experience working as an LPN or RN in a long-term care environment
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
• Experience as a Nurse Manager preferred
