Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a contract position in Peabody, Mass.
The position is Internal medicine.
Four ten-hour shifts, 7:30am to 6:00pm off on Wednesdays (40 hours) OR
8:00am to 4:30pm every day but Wednesday (32 hours)
Obtain patient medical history.
Experience working in Ambulatory care
Triage
Completes and documents a medication assessment.
Administering shots
Documentation on Epic
One year of recent experience in Ambulatory care
