• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high‑quality care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes.
• Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff.

• High school education (required).
• Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (required).
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team‑oriented work environment (required).
• Must hold a current CPR certification or be willing and able to obtain certification within a reasonable period following hire (required).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English (required).
