Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Cosmetics and Wellness MD is a boutique medical practice specializing in esthetics, medical weight loss (GLP-1 therapies), and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Our practice is built around a concierge-level patient experience, combining high-touch service with exceptional clinical care in a calm, refined, and professional setting. Patients choose us not only for medical expertise, but for the personalized attention, discretion, and elevated service they receive from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are seeking a polished, personable, and clinically capable Hybrid Front Desk & Medical Assistant to support both administrative and clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a concierge-style healthcare environment, values exceptional patient service, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients. This position works closely with our resident OB/GYN, Dr. Jill Samale, and plays a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.

  Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm, professional, and discreet welcome to all patients
• Deliver a concierge-level check-in and check-out experience
• Schedule appointments with attention to patient preferences and continuity of care
• Become fluent in the practice’s electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Anticipate patient needs and proactively assist throughout their visit
• Maintain a calm, organized, and elevated front office environment
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

• Assist Dr. Samale during patient visits and follow-up appointments
• Perform phlebotomy for HRT patients (training provided on-site)
• Obtain and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, weight, etc.)
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy
• Support medical follow-up visits and patient education as directed
• Ensure exam rooms and clinical spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Front Desk Receptionist in a medical, aesthetics, or wellness practice preferred
• Phlebotomy experience is not required; training will be provided on-site
• Experience working in a concierge, boutique, or high-touch service environment strongly preferred
• Comfortable with EMR systems and technology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and patient experience
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
