Overview

Now Hiring – Receptionist – Peabody, MA at Care One pensation $15 - $16 per hour. Based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule. Roles cover Long Term Care, Short Term Rehab, and Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route all incoming calls with high level professionalism
  • Greet visitors
  • Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide support for all departments
  • Perform data entry
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills; energetic
  • Ability to cultivate working relationships inside and outside the facility
  • Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care industry
