, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our diverse team as a full time Parts Advisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and alternating Saturdays 7am-5pm

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 base + bi-weekly commission

• Looking up parts for service technicians, service advisors and sales advisors
• Helping retail customers over the phone, retail parts counter and also email/parts websites
• Taking phone orders from wholesale parts customers
• Receiving parts from factory and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed
• Stocking accessory displays and cleaning them when necessary
• Processing warranty parts and returning them to factory when needed
• Scrapping warranty parts not needed for returns
• Backup for delivery drivers as needed
• Shipping out parts orders with local drivers, UPS, Fed Ex and LTL freight carriers
• Pulling and shipping back manufacture returns
• Perpetual inventory
• Other tasks assigned by the management team

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid driver's license in good standing with clean driving record
• Automotive dealership parts or technician experience
• Fluency in English & Spanish

• Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently; dependable
• Self‑motivated and results driven with a positive team‑player attitude
• Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Dealer Track knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train
• Prior hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required. Will train
• Experienced online sales a plus
