As our Office & Client Services Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation—supporting clients, empowering teammates, and ensuring every event feels just as seamless behind the scenes as it does on the dance floor. You’ll also be building valuable skills in sales, service, and execution, with room to grow alongside a fast-moving, fun-first team.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls and live chat with friendliness, confidence, and solutions
  • Assist with proposals, bookings, follow-ups, balances, and payment coordination
  • Maintain accurate client and event records that keep the whole team aligned
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), vendor subcontracting, and billing submissions
  • Collect incoming mail and ensure paperwork flows smoothly
  • Input check payments and maintain clean financial tracking
Office & Operations Support
  • Order supplies, manage inventory photos and records, and keep the office humming
  • Coordinate staffing and labor through Instawork, People Ready, and internal teams
  • Manage Divvy card logistics and travel arrangements with precision
Culture & Internal Engagement
  • Lead the weekly photo contest and support team fun initiatives
  • Build booking reminders and internal communications to keep production on track
  • Support peak-season priorities with creativity, flexibility, and calm energy
We’re Looking for Someone With…
  • 21+ years of age
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, office support, client services, or sales support
  • Comfort with consultative sales and relationship-building
  • Event industry experience is a plus, but a strong service mindset matters most
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and proven organizational ability
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • In-office (not remote — we value real-life collaboration and energy)
  • Casual, positive, fast-moving work environment
  • On-site parking available
