Customer Support Specialist — Peabody, MA

Preowned Auto Logistics (PAL) is growing and seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, customer support, or customer success who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a positive customer experience from booking through delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with tracking and issue resolution related to vehicle shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide transportation and delivery updates
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems (Hub Spot, Cargo Tel - training provided)
• Educate customers on service options, pricing, and company policies
• Support escalated customer cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM software preferred (Hub Spot training provided)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Experience in auto transportation, logistics, or automotive services is a plus
