Responsibilities:

  • Work safely following company policies and guidelines
  • Dispatch a group of technicians using company software and web based programs as needed
  • Enter work orders on a daily basis
  • Receive packing slips and ensure correct information has been provided.
  • Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc.
  • Receive start up reports from field, attach to TRAX request, save copy on network, and forward to manufacturer.
  • Provide support to technicians for required materials follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings, etc….
  • Perform daily download activity, including attaching work orders to original requests.
  • Order warranty parts as needed. Follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians.
  • Run payroll reports for assigned technicians, audit for accuracy and submit to payroll administrator
  • Review Service reports and follow up with technicians and customer providing paperwork or work orders as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High level of commitment to customer service
  • Dispatcher experienced preferred but not required
  • Excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Be a self-starter with a focus to contribute and succeed
