Position: Staff Accountant
Salary: $75,000-$85,000

• In-Office Requirements:
  Based at the North Shore headquarters, with access to offices across Massachusetts, the Staff Accountant will spend 2–3 days per week in the office during the first few months. Afterward, you’ll enjoy the option to work remotely.

The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and post selected journal entries.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and/or supporting schedules for selected general ledger accounts.
• Perform Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reconciliations and review of various Balance Sheet Accounts
• Prepare documentation for internal and external financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and desire to learn.
