Spring Solar is hiring door-to-door solar appointment setters to join our growing sales team in Utah.

Spring Solar has been operating for 10+ years and currently holds a 4.9⭐ rating on Google. As of 2025, Spring Solar completes more solar installs per year in Utah than any other company in the state.

This is a commission-only opportunity with one of the lowest redlines in the Utah solar industry, allowing for strong earning potential.

• Knock residential doors
• Educate homeowners about solar
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Work directly with an experienced closer who will close the deals

You are responsible for setting the appointment, while the closer handles the presentation and closing of the sale.

Commission Only

For setters with solar experience:

• 50/50 commission split with an experienced closer

For those new to solar or with limited experience:

• 60/40 commission split (closer/setter) while learning

Both options include working with a dedicated experienced closer to run your appointments and close deals.

Because Spring Solar operates with one of the lowest redlines in Utah, there is more commission available per deal compared to many other companies.
