Construction Project Manager

• Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
• Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze project financial reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience on commercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures.

• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex documents.
• Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in construction scheduling and cost control.
• Knowledge of LEED principles.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Blue Beam, CAD software, and Pro Core.

• Ability to read and comprehend complex documents.
• Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills.
• HUD project experience (preferred).
