We are looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our organic social media presence and email marketing programs. This is a hands‑on role responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and measuring content across multiple channels, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who takes initiative, embraces AI to work smarter, brings fresh ideas, and maintains a polished, professional brand voice. You will play a critical role in strengthening our brand presence, engaging our audiences, supporting audience relationships, and elevating the overall digital experience.
Social Media Management (Organic)- Own and manage all organic social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with campaign priorities, product launches, and brand goals
- Create content across formats: posts, videos, stories, reels, graphics, captions
- Work cross‑functionally with product, sales, and customer service for story sourcing and content ideas
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to inform social strategy
- Engage with audiences, monitor comments, and uphold a strong brand presence
- Use AI tools to accelerate content development, ideation, testing, and optimization
- Track performance analytics, producing reports with insights and recommendations
- Own the strategy and execution of all consumer and dealer email campaigns
- Manage email calendars and work with internal partners to prioritize messaging
- Create compelling email content—copy, images, templates, and layouts
- Set up campaigns, automations, testing, and personalization
- Ensure compliance with branding, deliverability standards, and best practices
- Track performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, engagement) and optimize continuously
- Collaborate with sales teams to support dealer communications, promotions, and product updates
- Work closely with performance marketing partners to align organic content with paid strategies
- Support product launches, promotions, and campaign initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with external agencies, content creators, or freelancers when needed
- Partner with internal brand, creative, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency
- Participate in content development for landing pages, campaigns, and digital assets
- 3–5+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, email marketing, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of content creation, digital storytelling, and community management
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns (Klaviyo, Hub Spot, Mail Chimp, etc.)
- Proficient in analytics tools for both social and email
- Experience collaborating with sales, creative, product, or external partners
- Strong writing and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Mid Journey, Higgsfield AI, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
