Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology - Up to $20k bonus

We are seeking a licensed physical therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full-time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho/Oncology
Location: 126 E Main St Ste C Payson, AZ 85541
Incentives: Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $85,000/year and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
