Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls daily, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, exams, and general activities
• Adhere to the employer's policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Insurance, retail, or banking sales experience is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
