Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. You may also work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.
Salaryand Schedule Details
- Hourly pay rate: $16.00 – $18.00
, depending on skills and experience. - Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

. - Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology to communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer required merchandising surveys. Professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital.

Additional days and extended hours during seasonal demand (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). You may be required to work on the holiday itself, including weekends.

Participate in installations and task‑specific assignments such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Advance notice of two weeks is given; assignments may require evenings or weekends.

Support other merchandisers in the network as needed.
Physically demanding job. Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day; climb stairs and step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
- Access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
