Parts Washer

Air Filtration Systems, LLC, based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, is a second‑generation, family‑owned business that provides installation and support for industrial and commercial air filtration equipment. We serve a wide range of industries, from aerospace and medical to firearms and food service, and we design strategic solutions with a consultative, customer‑first approach.

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Parts Washer Operator to wash, test, and organize CNC mist collector filters to support our field services, inventory, and shop operations. This is an in‑person role based in Pawtucket, RI. This role is critical to ensuring our service teams are prepared, our customers are supported, and our equipment is maintained and ready for the field.

• Operate the parts washer system; ensure CNC mist collector filters are cleaned for service program
• Prepare and pack equipment and materials for service jobs
• Load and unload trucks before and after service visits
• Test filters and conduct repairs as needed
• Help complete pre‑service checklists and post‑service work orders
• Process and ship off‑site service customer orders accurately and on time
• Submit shop supply orders (e.g., Uline) through internal systems
• Perform some inventory management and assist in restocking
• Organize and maintain shop cleanliness and order
• Ensure weekly service materials are cleaned, tested, and ready for use
• Assist in managing daily tasks and keeping team members on track

• Prior hands‑on experience in a warehouse, shop, or field service environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to perform minor repairs
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, loading, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads of at least 50 lbs. or more
• Positive, can‑do attitude and flexibility in day‑to‑day responsibilities
