What This Role Demands- The ability to earn respect from a team that’s already successful

- A belief that ethics and long-term customer satisfaction matter more than quick wins
- 5+ years in B2C or in-home sales, with experience leading or developing a team
- A track record of results you can point to and explain
- Comfort stepping into an established organization and earning trust quickly
- A coaching mindset—you get energy from helping people improve
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a process-driven approach
- No interest in pressure tactics or shortcut selling
- Based in New England or willing to relocate
