• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in report writing and SQL
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration

• 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
